Fryman Management supported Griffith in conjunction with Hensel Phelps-Herzog (JV) on the Southwestern Yard, the site slated for Metro’s new Light Rail Vehicle operations and maintenance facility. Our team provided traffic engineering, permitting, and 3rd party coordination between the council districts and LAWA and City of Los Angeles. Our team worked synergistically with contractors to verify staging and sequencing needs while also coordinating with the agencies. Our understanding of the area and how traffic impacts stakeholders allowed for Fryman Management to implement peak hour exemption, thereby benefiting all parties involved.
