Fryman Management, Inc. provided professional construction management services, including traffic management, for the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor project, an 8.5-mile light-rail line. Fryman Management supported Walsh Shea Corridor Constructors with the local agency coordination of LADOT, LABOE, LABSL, LADWP, LABSS, LA County, Caltrans, LAWA, FAA and other various agencies. Creating the right work areas and providing proper delineation and timely responses to changing conditions enabled Fryman Management to expedite the review and approval process. We ensured the WSCC team navigated the impacts caused to all local city and county streets as a result of the Crenshaw/LAX Transit Corridor project.
